Here it is, a new post for those who don’t know how dress with flower prints. Hope you guys like it.
Recientemente adquirí en Springfield esta preciosa falda midi con vuelo. Pertenece a la colección de primavera, y gracias a que estaba rebajada la conseguí por sólo 10 €. El estampado de flores simplemente me encanta. Tengo muchas prendas con este tipo de estampado. Dan mucha vida a tu armario y son perfectas para los look primaverales.
I recently bought this gorgeousmidi skirt from Springfield spring collection. I got it for sale, just 10 €. I love flower prints and I have many clothes with it. They just make your wardrobe alive and so colorful, so perfect for spring outfits.
Me encanta la tela de la falda. No se transparenta nada y es lo suficientemente gruesa para abrigar esos días aun fresquetes de la primavera pero no tanto como para que pases calor.
El largo midi, es ideal si no te gusta enseñar mucho las piernas o si quieres darle un aire más sofisticado a tu look.
La cintura de la falda es alta y ajustable gracias al elástico. Personalmente me encanta que sea alta para no dar sensación de que acorta mi cuerpo.
En cuanto al motivo del post. Hay muchas maneras de complementar este tipo de estampados. Más adelante dedicaré un post entero a todas las posibilidades. Pero esta vez voy a daros una de las opciones adaptada a mis gustos personales.
I adore the fabric. It’s not transparent and I also like it cause it keeps you warm in those spring windy days, but no so warm that you can take the heat on sunny days.
Midi skirts are perfect match for those girls that don’t like to show their legs or if you just want to give your outfit a sophisticated touch.
The skirt has high waist and you can adapt it because is elastic. High waist helps to elongate your body so that you don’t look too short with it if you are not very tall like me.
In regard with the post theme, there’s many ways to match your flower prints. In another post I will write about all the possibilities. This chance I will just show you my favorite one, based on my own personal taste.
Los estampados en general suelen hacer buena compañía con el denim. Es un tejido que combina muy bien y que creo favorece a todo el mundo. Haciendo honor al origen más significativo del denim quise hacer honor al estilo vaquero del oeste y complementarlo todo con mi sombrero negro.
Ya puestos a mezclar estilos, pero siguiendo la gama cromática, usé como prenda exterior mi biker negra de Zara. Seguí con el negro para las medias y los botines de tacón (para alargar las piernas). El estampado ya es muy llamativo cómo para sobrecargarlo con colores muy fuertes o más estampados. Por ello utilicé el negro cómo enlace en el resto de prendas, manteniendo el color azul de mi camisa vaquera.
Para que el look no quedase muy apagado en la zona de arriba mi colgante plateado de Blanco le dió luz y un aire posh al look. El colgante ya es bastante llamativo así que no usé más accesorios, a parte de mi cluth de mano en color burdeos.
Prints in general are good company for denim. Denim fabrics combine perfectly with anything and I think it suits everybody. Honoring its origins, I wanted to give the look a cowboy touch with my black hat.
I was already mixing styles so I kept going rock and roll style with my black biker. Despite the mix of styles I continued with the same chromatic range, black tights and black heel boots. Flower prints it’s already too powerful to overload it even more with light colors.
Anyway, I thought that top side was a little bit washy so I accessorize it with my silver sparkly necklace from Blanco. As a purse I wore my dark maroon clutch.
